A pet-friendly, 2 bedroom condo, with pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a putting green.  Our standard rate is $1,500 per week,  but we occassionally  run specials on Airbnb and several other short-term rental websites.

The pet deposit is fully refunded (assuming no damage) and is $300.  The cleaning fee is $150. There is a premium associated with special events on these dates, so check availability and pricing on these websites:

Most of these sites ask for 50% down when you book, 100% down 30 days before you arrive.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel 30 days before you are scheduled to arrive and we will refund 100%.  Cancel more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival and we will refund 50%.  If you cancel less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, there is no refund.
